I shouldnt hv let them sold the land.

I shouldnt hv changed my name to mom's.

I should hv bought their part. But how?

I can sell current house. Maybe get about 350k from it. Then use that money to build the house..

But i need to build the house first..

So, i make a personal loan, then build the house.

Once the house is completed, sell current house and pay off the loan.

The land will still be in 3 diff names, but atleast, we have a bigger house with bigger land and more beautiful scenery.

Yeah, i should hv done tht..

But, its too late. The land is sold.

I missed that opportunity.

Well, atleast, my sisters n i hv some money to spend.

Now to look forward..

There's still a second land.

Have a look at it first.

We may have a chance to make it right this time.

So if the land is bigger and better.

So change back name from mom to me.

And make loan like above.
